ROAD
The path to becoming an engineer after entering the company
Upon entering the company, you will first be accompanied by senior employees to gain various on-site experiences.
During this time, you will attend basic HVAC inspections and training sessions provided by equipment manufacturers to deepen your technical knowledge.
Eventually, as they gain experience and improve their skills, they will be able to perform simple tasks on their own, and will finally be able to become technicians.
National certifications are often required, and there are opportunities for those who wish to obtain them.

Application guidelines
- Salary increase: Once a year (October)
- Bonus: Twice a year
- Commuting allowance provided (with upper limit based on distance)
- Full social insurance coverage
- Support system for obtaining qualifications
- Student loan repayment support system (up to ¥180,000/year for 6 years, from 2nd to 7th year of employment)
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Year-end and New Year holidays, national holidays
- Bereavement and congratulatory leave
・Ordering parts
・Organizing and filing documents, etc.
・Daily office cleaning (simple cleaning around desks, floors, etc.)
・Office organization at the end and beginning of the fiscal year (sorting and managing documents and office supplies)
- 3-month probation period (same conditions)
- Salary increase: Once a year (October)
- Bonus: Twice a year
- Commuting allowance provided (with upper limit based on distance)
- Full social insurance coverage
